Niko Emack is the founder of Emack Ideas & Strategy, a public relations firm helping individuals and organizations navigate topics of civic engagement, political communication, and media. He holds a degree in Political Communication: Leadership, Politics, and Social Advocacy from Emerson College and received his Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. His work has appeared in The Boston Globe, NPR, Foreign Policy Magazine, The National Interest, NBC Boston, CBS, Fox 25, and more. As a civic leader and community organizer, he’s created space for thousands in the greater Boston community to come together and ask tough questions. For this work, he was recognized with a leadership award from the Cambridge NAACP, honored alongside Massachusetts leaders with the Black Excellence Award on the Hill, and presented with the inaugural Carter G. Woodson Award for Leadership, Innovation, and Education by Harvard University. While attending Emerson as a student, Niko competed on the men's soccer team and remains close to the sport as the varsity boy​'s soccer coach at Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School.
