The MTP Inventory is located on the 2nd floor of the Walker Building, 120 Boylston Street.
MTP Inventory's role is to receive, maintain and process the inventory database for all equipment purchased for Journalism, VMA, EDC, Paramount Sound Stage and other MTP managed facilities.
Student employees are encouraged to build relationships with MTP managers in order to guarantee effective communication and safe equipment distribution to their respective departments. MTP Inventory’s function is highly important to ensure items received are properly opened, delivered or exchanged. The MTP Inventory specialist role is responsible for the product registration database to ensure equipment is covered by the warranty.
Basic knowledge on media production equipment is required from students applying to work in this MTP area.

Monday through Thursday
Open: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Friday
Open: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
