The Office of Communications and Marketing consists of three teams: Communications and Media Relations, Marketing, and Web and Digital Services. We are committed to telling Emerson’s story through news, media, marketing collateral, multimedia, social media, and our website and apps.

Communications and Media Relations
The Communications and Media Relations team handles all elements of external and internal communication at Emerson College, including public relations, crisis communications, and institutional messaging. The team also manages the publication of Emerson Today, the College’s internal news and information site; and Expression, Emerson’s magazine for alumni and friends of the College.

Account Management and Strategy
The Account Management and Strategy team collaborates with departments to understand their marketing goals and develop strategies and campaigns based on those goals, liaises with marketing teams for content creation, tracks campaign performance, analyzes data to make informed decisions, and provides regular updates to departments. The Account team is also the main point of contact for any new marketing project or initiative.
