- Log into Workday and select Recruiting > Create Job Requisition.
- Follow the necessary prompts.
- Submit the requisition to be posted by Student Employment.
- Screen, interview, and offer position to candidate.
- Candidate accepts offer.
- Initiate hire process in Workday and submit to Cost Center Manager for approval.
- Setup on-boarding for student worker.
- Student employee completes online I-9, W4, state tax form, Direct Deposit, and acknowledgments.
- Student employee presents identification documents to Student Employment office.
- Student cleared to begin working. Email is sent to student and supervisor.
